Timothy Carter has been the Global Operations Manager at Circuit Assembly Corp. since February 2018. He oversees all aspects of the company's quality assurance operations in Irvine, CA as well as production capabilities in Circuit Assembly's facility in China. Prior to joining Circuit Assembly, Mr. Carter worked for Corsair Electrical Connectors and Samtec, where he began his career in the electronics industry.
